The drawing that started it all

The year 2007

The first day (July 8th)

The second day (July 9th)

The third day (July 10th)

The fourth day (July 11th)

The fifth day (July 12th)

The sixth day (July 16th)

The seventh day (July 26th)

The eighth day (July 31st)

The ninth day (Aug 1st)

The tenth day (Aug 2nd)

August third

I am at a stand still until I can find some particular parts or end up making them.

I ended up making the parts and quite a bit of sawdust.

August seventh

I ended up making my own tracks for the cupboards, it's still too hot for humans, but I worked anyway.

The next project will be the ramps to get into the garage.

It is now August 9th

Now I will have to paint some of the new wood and then build work benches.  The last thing will be to repaint the floor for better protection.  There will probably be more things I have to do, but I can't think of them right now.

August 13th

After a couple days of storms and rain I was able to get back to painting the ramps.

When I finished painting the ramps I looked above the house and found a few broken limbs from the storm and got into more of a mess than I planned on.  The pile behind the trailer is the same size as the one in front.  Mother nature has really done a trick on the trees branches.

Now I can get back to work on the garage.

August 15, 2007

Took a little break from the garage to build a pump house for Rea.

August 19, 2007

I still have to make a drawer, but the work benches are done.

August 22, 2007

The desk drawers are done, and so is the roll around heavy duty work bench.  I also put another coat of paint on the floors.  Now I can start moving in equipment.

August 23, 2007

I took a break from the garage itself to do some things around it like adding steps to the side door, building a picnic table and expanding the carport area for the equipment.

August 27, 2007

Now that I have moved most of the stuff I could find into the new garage it is time to shuffle cars.

YES THE STUDEBAKER IS IN THE NEW GARAGE READY TO BE WORKED ON !!!

AND THE BONNEVILLE IS UNDER THE CARPORT

From now on most of the new pictures will be on the 1956 Hawk page.  Click here to see them.

August 30, 2007

OOPS

I still have one more cable to lay underground.  The fun never stops.

The cable got laid but the signal isn't strong enough to make it from the house to the garage.  I guess wireless is how it will happen.  I also decided to lay tile after all.  One more day left of laying tile.

September 5, 2007

Done!!  Now back to the Studebaker, I think.
