When I add a MIDI to this site, I try to make sure that it is either public domain, or that the copyright holder doesn't mind it being publicly distributed.

Because of the fact that I did not create these, you can download them from this site and listen to them free of charge. This also applies to you, the user: if you do indeed download a MIDI file, you may use it, but you may not make money off of it. This also means that none of these may be used as background music on commercial (or company) web pages.
